Pick the maintenance package that fits your lawn goals for the 2026 season. We’ll prepare a detailed estimate based on your selections. Once approved, your spot will be reserved and scheduled. Paying is simple, a fixed monthly payment for the duration of your plan.

Sharp mowing, crisp edging, and clean finish for a consistently maintained lawn

  • Weekly mow, trim, blow
  • Weed-free driveway and sidewalk cracks
  • 7-8 month plan: April – November
Lawn mowing, garden bed maintenance, hedge trimming, and seasonal yard cleanups for a worry-free, perfectly maintained landscape throughout the growing season

  • Weekly mowing
  • Garden bed maintenance – Weed and debris free garden beds all season
  • Edge detailing along beds, sidewalks, and driveways
  • Ongoing yard cleanup – removing branches, sticks, and other debris as needed, especially after storms
  • Weed-free driveway and sidewalk cracks
  • Seasonal hedge trimming – spring & fall
  • Spring Cleanup – Two visits in March. Remove leaves, winter debris, and cut ornamental grasses as needed
  • Fall Cleanup – Leaf cleanup every other week starting mid-late November, through December. Prune & trim perennial plants as needed; hostas, peonies, natives, etc.
  • 10 month plan: March – December

  • The Clean Cut Plan + The Lola Signature Plan
  • Mulch – late Spring
  • Core aeration & over-seeding – Fall
  • Snow removal and ice control
  • Seasonal services all year-round

Add on services

  • Early Spring: pre-emergent + fertilizer to prevent weed seeds from germinating and nitrogen to wake up turf from winter dormancy
  • Late Spring: post-emergent + fertilizer to control the spread of broadleaf weeds, like dandelions, clover, and wild violets, plus another dose of nutrients; nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Weed control.
  • Late Spring: we get ready for the summer heat. Applying soil enhancer, nutrients, and microorganisms. Weed control.
  • Summer: We prepared for this. We are going to let the turf do its thing.
  • Fall: Recovery time. Soil amendments added to help restore turf after the long, hot, and dry summer
  • Late Fall: Prepare for winter. A proper dose of fertilizer to feed and protect for the coming cold months
