Pick the maintenance package that fit your lawn goals for the 2026 season. We’ll prepare a detailed estimate based on your selections. Once approved, your spot will be reserved and scheduled. Paying is simple, a fixed monthly payment for the duration of your plan, 8–9 months depending on the services chosen.

• A sharp cut, edged sidewalks, trimmed fence line, blown off for a clean finish

• Clean Cut Plan
• Monthly de-weeding of garden beds. Worry and weed free garden beds, year round
• Ongoing yard cleanup – removing branches, sticks, and other debris as needed
• Spring cleanup – remove leaves, winter debris, cut ornamental grasses
• Fall Cleanup – remove leaves, cut & trim perennial plants as needed. Hostas, peonies, natives

• The Clean Cut Plan + The Lola Signature Plan
• Hedge trimming 2x per season – spring & fall
• Mulch – late Spring
• Core aeration & over-seeding – Fall

Add on services

• Early Spring: pre-emergent + fertilizer to prevent weed seeds from germinating and nitrogen to wake up turf from winter dormancy
• Late Spring: post-emergent + fertilizer to control the spread of broadleaf weeds, like dandelions, clover, and wild violets, plus another dose of nutrients; nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium
• Late Spring, we prepare for the summer heat. Applying soil enhancer, nutrients, and microorganisms
